How do I reset my password?
Use the 'Forgot your password?' link on the login form. You will receive an email with instructions to create a new password.
Where can I find my API Key?
Once logged in, navigate to the 'Developer Settings' section in your dashboard. You can manage and regenerate API keys there.
Is 2FA mandatory?
For security reasons, we strongly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication. It may be enforced depending on your organization's security policy.
How do I contact support?
Enterprise customers have access to 24/7 dedicated support. Standard users can submit tickets via the Support Portal or use the 'Contact Sales' page.
